Hotel The Anvi Residency Noida's Finest

"Booked 20 rooms directly for 2 days for the stay of guests. Overall a mixed experience. Some of the rooms were good and some were not good. Overall Hygiene is average. The reception staff (Pawan) was very helpful and did whatever he can to cover the inherent issues of the Hotel. Had issues with the availability of rooms during check-in due to the checkout delay of existing guests. The Manager (Mr Rajeev) was entirely absent and when contacted on phone then asked me to talk to the reception only for the resolution of any issues instead of calling him during the stay. In general there were only few major gaps in terms of what was expected from a hotel of this category and what was delivered. I never got the GST bill as promised at the time of booking even after sending reminder over WhatsApp to Mr Rajeev. I was charged the 5% GST on Hotel rooms separately."
